Setting Fees/Info
*$75 of the Location Shoot Fees and **$40 of the Portrait Shoot Fees, are a non refundable deposit, but will go towards the final fee, if photo shoot is carried out. Deposits will only be refunded in case of unforeseeable circumstances. ie. accident/illness etc.

Your deposit is expected at the same time we execute your contract with LK Photography-Lara K. Hansen. The balance of the fee will be collected the day of your shoot. At this time, I can accept checks payable to Lara K. Hansen or cash.

2 hours will be allotted for the original shoot. Any shoot lasting over the 2 hours will incur an additional $50/hr fee on top of the original setting fee. Also, any shoot outside of the Dallas area (50 miles away from my home base, Frisco, TX) will incur additional mileage reimbursement cost. Mileage reimbursement rate will follow the current IRS rate. Current rate is .585/per mile. These additional fees will cover travel cost, and time to and/or from additional photo shoot locations.

Each setting fee will include all final photo files edited and ready for print. The photo proofs will be in your own personal gallery and the link and password will be emailed to you. You will be able to order your prints directly from your gallery, if you would like to do so. I will also download all original files for you on a CD. I will arrange to mail, deliver, or have your CD ready for pick up.

I will keep all original jpg files from your shoot for three (3) months, and your online gallery will be available to you for up to one year, after the date of your shoot, in case you have a re-order or something happens to your CD copy.

Scheduling
Please call or email me for any changes in the scheduling or location(s) of your shoot. Please contact me at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of your shoot. In cases this isn’t possible, I will do my best to work with you. Certain weekday holidays I may be available to work during the day time hours, feel free to ask!

Props/Extras
Bringing items or animals or people that make you or your loved one(s) feel comfortable is encouraged!! Anything you feel you would like to use in a shoot, please bring along! As for clothing, please wear what you feel comfortable in. For certain shoots, I will discuss with you if there are certain clothing (black or white) you should wear.
